PROMOTION ENTRIES: Automatic Entries: An eligible Spero Financial member in good standing will receive one (1) entry for logging into Spero Financial Digital Banking (Online Banking and/or Spero Mobile Banking App), starting Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at 10:30 AM ET through Monday, September 30, 2024, at 11:59 PM ET. Manual Entries: Spero Financial members and non-members who wish not to enroll/log in to Spero Financial Digital Banking may be entered for a chance to win by sending an email during the promotion period using the subject line: 2024 Digital Banking Giveaway to [email protected] and include your legal name, mailing address, and phone number.

PROMOTION PERIOD: The promotion starts at 10:30 AM on August 27, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM on September 30, 2024. All times are Eastern Time and denote the time we receive your entry.

NUMBER OF ENTRIES: Automatic Entries: An eligible Spero Financial member in good standing will receive one (1) entry for logging into Spero Financial Digital Banking (Online Banking and/or Spero Mobile Banking App), starting Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at 10:30:00 AM ET through Monday, September 30, at 11:59:59 PM ET. Manual Entries: Manual entries are limited to one per eligible person, and the email must be timestamped and received by Spero Financial no later than 11:59:59 PM ET on September 30, 2024.

PRIZE DRAWING: Spero Financial will randomly select six (6) winners from qualified entries after the promotion period is over. Each winner will receive a $500 prize deposited into their Spero Financial checking account, if available. Otherwise, the prize will be deposited into any Spero account in the winner’s name, or a check will be issued at our discretion. The drawings will take place no later than Friday, October 18, 2024. The selection of a prize winner hereunder will be final. Winners do not have to be present to win. 

ELIGIBILITY: At the time of the drawing, you must be 18 years of age or older, a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident, and have a mailing address located in the U.S. (applies to manual entrants who don’t have an account with Spero), and all accounts and loans with Spero Financial must be in good standing. All employees and volunteers of Spero Financial and their immediate family members residing in a single household are not eligible.

APPLICABLE LAWS & TAXES: Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Prize winners are responsible for all federal, state, local, and other taxes or assessments that may be associated with or imposed upon the winner of any prize in this promotion.

ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZE: By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of their name and photograph or likeness for advertising and promotional services such as the CU’s newsletter, website, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etcetera without compensation. Failure of the entrant to follow the promotion rules will void the entry. 

RELEASE OF CLAIMS: All winners, members of any winner’s household, relatives, and persons who use any prize awarded by Spero Financial and such person’s heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators release and exempt Spero Financial and its directors, officers, staff, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims, actions, demands, or damages which they have now or anytime in the future arising from use of any prize, including personal injury or death. Spero Financial is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. Late, misdirected, or incomplete entries will be disqualified. If prize winnings are deposited to your account with Spero Financial, you understand and agree that anyone authorized to conduct transactions on said account will have unlimited access to the prize funds once the deposit is completed.
