Setting Up Payments
for Your Loan
Keep scrolling for a variety of ways to make your loan payment, including recurring and one-time options. Setting up recurring payments ensures your payments process on time, every time. But you may also choose to make a one-time payment each month.
Loan Payment Options
Make loan payment by transferring funds in Digital Banking from a Spero account or from a linked account at another financial institution. You may also deposit a check in the Spero Mobile App using Mobile Check Deposit and then transfer the funds to make your loan payment.
- Transfer funds can be set-up as one-time or recurring.
- Processing Time: Same-Day when payment is transferred from a Spero account before 9:00PM ET, otherwise, next day. When transferring from another financial institution, processing times will vary based on your selection. For some loan types, payments will not reflect on loan balance immediately
- Convenience Cost: FREE
Quickly and securely make loan payments 24/7, using a debit card or ACH transaction from an account at another financial institution.
- ACH can be set-up as one-time or recurring.
- Processing Time: Payment is credited same-day when made by 5:00PM ET. Payment will not reflect on loan balance immediately but will be credited same-day.
- Convenience Cost: $4.95 per debit card or one-time ACH transaction. FREE for recurring ACH transactions.
Make payment by calling 864-232-3645 (Toll Free 800-633-4364) and select the “Loan Payment” option to transfer money from your Spero account.
- Processing Time: Next-Business-Day if transferred before 9:00PM ET, otherwise, next day.
- Convenience Cost: FREE
Pay by check at any Spero Financial branch, TellerLink, or night drop. You may also mail payment to PO Box 10708, Greenville, SC 29603.
- Processing Time: Same-Day when payment is made by close of business or received by 5:00PM ET on day we are open when mailed, otherwise, next business day. Night drop is opened each business day at 8:30AM ET and 5:00PM ET. Deposits received after that time will be processed the following business day.
