PROMOTION ENTRIES:
Automatic Entries: An eligible Spero Financial member in good standing (“Referring Member”) will receive one (1) entry when: (1) The Referring Member submits a referral through Spero’s official Refer A Friend form during the Promotion Period; and (2) The referred individual (“Referred Person”) becomes a new Spero member and either opens a qualifying Spero Checking Account or is approved for and opens any qualifying consumer loan within 30 days of the end of the Promotion Period and remains in good standing at the time of drawing. The Referred Person who becomes a new Spero member and either opens a qualifying checking account or is approved for and opens a qualifying consumer loan within 30 days of the end of Promotion Period will also receive one (1) entry into the drawing. Qualifying Spero Checking Accounts include any consumer checking product offered by Spero Financial at the time of account opening, such as Aspire, Kasasa Cash, Kasasa Cash Back, Rewards+, Simply, and Student Checking. Student Checking will qualify as long as Referred Person is 18 years or older. Eligible Consumer Loans include the following: Auto, Motorcycle, Boat, PWC, Power Sport, and Recreational Vehicle Loans, Savings or Certificate-Secured Loans, Credit Card, and Personal Loans. Membership must be approved and accounts/loans must be fully established by 11:59:59 PM ET within 30 calendar days of the final day of the Promotion Period to qualify.

Manual Entries: Spero Financial members and non-members who wish not to make a referral and/or open an account may be entered for a chance to win by sending an email during the promotion period using the subject line: Quarterly Referral Giveaway Entry to [email protected] and include your legal name, mailing address, and phone number. Manual entries must be received by Spero Financial no later than 11:59:59 PM ET on the final day of the Promotion Period to be eligible.

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion consists of a series of separate quarterly drawings (each a "Quarterly Sweepstakes"). Each Quarterly Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 am ET on the first day of each calendar quarter and ends at 11:59 pm ET on the last day of the same calendar quarter. All times are Eastern Time and denote the time Spero Financial receives the entry. Non-winning entries do not roll over.

Spero Financial may discontinue offering future Quarterly Sweepstakes at any time by ceasing to announce subsequent Quarterly Sweepstakes periods. This will not affect any Quarterly Sweepstakes already underway.

NUMBER OF ENTRIES:
Automatic Entries: Referring Members will receive one (1) entry per qualifying referral resulting in a new membership and either a checking account or consumer loan opened within 30 days of the end of the Promotion Period. Referred Persons who become a new Spero member and either open a qualifying checking account or is approved for and opens a qualifying consumer loan within 30 days of the end of the Promotion Period will also receive one (1) entry into the drawing. There is no limit to the number of qualifying referrals a Referring Member may submit; however, each referral must result in a new membership and either a qualifying checking account or consumer loan to receive an entry.

Manual Entries: Manual entries are limited to one (1) per eligible person per quarter.

PRIZE DRAWING: Spero Financial will randomly select two (2) winners each quarter: One (1) winner from eligible Referring Members. One (1) winner from eligible Referred Persons. Each winner will receive a $500 prize. Prizes will be deposited into the winner’s Spero primary share (membership) account. A check will be issued at Spero Financial’s discretion. Drawings will take place within 45 days following the end of each Promotion Period. The selection of winners is final. Winners do not have to be present to win.

ELIGIBILITY: At the time of the drawing, you must be 18 years of age or older, a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident, have a mailing address located in the U.S., and all accounts and loans with Spero Financial must be in good standing. All employees and volunteers of Spero Financial and their immediate family members residing in a single household are not eligible.

APPLICABLE LAWS & TAXES: Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Prize winners are responsible for all federal, state, local and other taxes or assessments that may be associated with or imposed upon the winner of any prize in this promotion.

ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZE: By accepting a prize, the winner consents to use his/her name and photograph or likeness for advertising and promotional services such as the CU’s newsletter, website, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etcetera without compensation. Failure of the entrant to follow the rules of the promotion will void the entry.

RELEASE OF CLAIMS: All winners, members of any winner’s household, relatives, and persons who use any prize awarded by Spero Financial and such person’s heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators release and exempt Spero Financial and its directors, officers, staff, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims, actions, demands, or damages which they have now or anytime in the future arising from use of any prize, including personal injury or death. Spero Financial is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. Late, misdirected, or incomplete entries will be disqualified. If prize winnings are deposited to your account with Spero Financial, you understand and agree that anyone authorized to conduct transactions on such account will have unlimited access to the prize funds once the deposit is completed.
