PROMOTION PERIOD
The 12 Days of Spero Promotion ("Promotion") is a member appreciation event conducted by Spero Financial Federal Credit Union ("Spero") from December 1, 2026, through December 12, 2026.

The Promotion begins with a 12 Days of Spero Kickoff Event on December 1, 2026, during which all Spero branch locations will distribute complimentary hot chocolate kits while supplies last.

Beginning December 2, 2026, Spero will conduct eleven (11) separate daily sweepstakes drawings, each with its own eligibility criteria and prize.

Eligible participants are automatically entered into the applicable drawing(s) based on Spero's records. No action is required to enter. Non-winning entries from one drawing do not carry over to another drawing unless the participant independently qualifies for that drawing.

PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time on December 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on December 12, 2026.

Eligibility for each drawing will be determined based on Spero's records as of 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time one (1) business day prior to the date of each applicable drawing.

ELIGIBILITY
Unless otherwise specified for a particular drawing, participants must:

• Be a Spero member in good standing at the time of the drawing;
• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age;
• Be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident;
• Have a valid mailing address located within the United States.

For purposes of this Promotion, a member is considered "in good standing" if the member's accounts are open, active, paid current, and the member has not caused a loss to Spero through charge-off, fraud, abuse, or other material default as determined by Spero.

Members selected as winners must remain members in good standing through the date the prize is awarded.

The following individuals are not eligible for the sweepstakes drawings:

• Spero employees;
• Members of the Board of Directors;
• Supervisory Committee members;
• Volunteers; and
• Immediate family members residing in the same household as any of the foregoing.

12 DAYS OF SPERO KICKOFF EVENT
DAY 1 - DECEMBER 1, 2026

To celebrate the launch of the 12 Days of Spero Promotion, participating Spero branch locations will distribute complimentary hot chocolate kits on December 1, 2026.

• No purchase or transaction is required.
• Available only while supplies last.
• Available at all branch locations during normal business hours.
• No sweepstakes, lottery, contest, or drawing is associated with the distribution of hot chocolate kits.
• Hot chocolate kits are not redeemable for cash and may be substituted.

DAILY DRAWINGS AND PRIZES
The following eleven (11) sweepstakes drawings will be conducted between December 2, 2026, and December 12, 2026.

DAY 2 - DECEMBER 2, 2026
Eligible Participants: Members with a Spero checking account in good standing.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $100 account credit.

DAY 3 - DECEMBER 3, 2026
Eligible Participants: All members in good standing.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $25 account credit.

DAY 4 - DECEMBER 4, 2026
Eligible Participants: Members with an open Spero credit card account in good standing.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $50 credit card statement credit.

DAY 5 - DECEMBER 5, 2026
Eligible Participants: All members in good standing.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $25 account credit.

DAY 6 - DECEMBER 6, 2026
Eligible Participants: Members with an active Spero Holiday Loan in good standing.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $100 Holiday Loan payment credit.

DAY 7 - DECEMBER 7, 2026
Eligible Participants: All members in good standing.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $25 account credit.

DAY 8 - DECEMBER 8, 2026
Eligible Participants: Members who requested an insurance quote through Spero Insurance Services during calendar year 2026 and who are in good standing at the time of the drawing.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $50 account credit.
Insurance Quote Clarification: Eligibility for this drawing is based solely on a member's prior request for an insurance quote before the drawing date. No insurance purchase, application, quote request, or other action is required during the Promotion Period to enter or win. Requesting an insurance quote, purchasing insurance, or obtaining additional insurance products will not increase an individual's chances of winning.

DAY 9 - DECEMBER 9, 2026
Eligible Participants: All members in good standing.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $25 account credit.

DAY 10 - DECEMBER 10, 2026
OPERATION HOLIDAY HOPE DRAWING
This drawing is separate from the member sweepstakes drawings described above.
Eligible Participants: Individuals with eligible Operation Holiday Hope submissions received during the designated submission period.
Prize: Spero will make a $250 donation to two (2) selected recipients.

DAY 11 - DECEMBER 11, 2026
Eligible Participants: All members in good standing.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $50 account credit.

DAY 12 - DECEMBER 12, 2026
Eligible Participants: All members in good standing.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $500 account credit.

TOTAL PROMOTION PRIZE VALUE
The total approximate retail value of all prizes awarded during the Promotion is $1,450, plus the value of any hot chocolate kits distributed during the December 1 Kickoff Event.

WINNER SELECTION
Winners will be selected in random drawings from among all eligible participants for the applicable daily drawing.

Drawings will be conducted by Spero or its designated representative. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible participants in each drawing.

A participant may win only one (1) sweepstakes prize during the Promotion Period, excluding the Day 12 Grand Prize. If an individual is selected in more than one drawing, Spero reserves the right to disqualify that winning entry and select an alternate winner for the subsequent drawing(s).

The selection of winners and all decisions made by Spero regarding the Promotion shall be final and binding.

WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winners may be notified by telephone, email, mail, text message, secure message, social media, or any other reasonable means selected by Spero.

If a selected winner:

• Cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts;
• Is determined to be ineligible;
• Fails to comply with these Official Rules; or
• Declines the prize,

Spero may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Winners do not need to be present to win.

PRIZE AWARD
Account credit prizes will be deposited into an eligible Spero account designated by Spero.

Credit card prizes will be awarded as statement credits to the winner's eligible Spero credit card account.

Holiday Loan prizes will be awarded as a payment credit applied directly to the winner's eligible Holiday Loan account.

Operation Holiday Hope prizes will be awarded in the manner determined by Spero and the Operation Holiday Hope Official Rules.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except at Spero's sole discretion. No substitution of prizes will be permitted except by Spero, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

APPLICABLE LAWS & TAXES
Void where prohibited by law.

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Each winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, local, or other taxes, fees, or assessments associated with the receipt, ownership, or use of any prize.

Spero reserves the right to comply with any applicable tax reporting requirements.

PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for Spero and its affiliates to use the winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, city and state of residence, and statements regarding the Promotion for advertising, marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.

RELEASE OF CLAIMS
By participating in the Promotion and/or accepting a prize, each participant and winner agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Spero Financial Federal Credit Union, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• Participation in the Promotion;
• Acceptance, receipt, possession, use, misuse, or non-use of any prize;
• Technical, administrative, or printing errors associated with the Promotion; or
• Any personal injury, property damage, or other loss allegedly sustained in connection with the Promotion or prize.

Spero is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, lost, late, delayed, misdirected, corrupted, or unavailable records, communications, transmissions, or data.

If prize funds are deposited into a joint account, all owners and authorized signers on that account will have access to the prize funds after deposit, and Spero shall have no responsibility for the subsequent use or distribution of such funds.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Spero reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, system malfunctions, regulatory requirements, or any other factor beyond Spero's reasonable control impairs the integrity, administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Promotion.

Spero reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Violates these Official Rules;
• Provides false or misleading information;
• Attempts to tamper with the entry process, drawing process, or operation of the Promotion; or
• Engages in conduct that is disruptive, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of the Promotion.

Failure by Spero to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

PRIVACY
Information used in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with Spero's Privacy Notice and applicable law.

By participating in the Promotion, participants acknowledge and agree that Spero may use information contained in its business records to administer the Promotion, determine eligibility, select winners, award prizes, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

RULES INTERPRETATION
Spero reserves the right to interpret and apply these Official Rules and to resolve any disputes, inconsistencies, or ambiguities arising under the Promotion.

All determinations made by Spero shall be final, conclusive, and binding.

To request a list of winners, send a written request along with a self-addressed stamped envelope within thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the Promotion to:
