PROMOTION PERIOD
Promotion Period starts at 12:00 am on July 1, 2026, and will end at 11:59 pm on October 31, 2026. All times are Eastern Time and denote the time we receive your entry.

The Promotion consists of four (4) separate monthly drawings (each a "Monthly Sweepstakes"). Each Monthly Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM ET on the first day of the applicable calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on the last day of the same calendar month. All times are Eastern Time (ET) and denote the time Spero Financial records the qualifying account opening.

Non-winning entries do not roll over from one Monthly Sweepstakes to the next.

Monthly Entry Periods:

• July Monthly Sweepstakes: July 1, 2026 – July 31, 2026
• August Monthly Sweepstakes: August 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026
• September Monthly Sweepstakes: September 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026
• October Monthly Sweepstakes: October 1, 2026 – October 31, 2026

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible, a participant must:  (1) be 18 years of age or older and (2) be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident with a mailing address located in the United States.

All employees and volunteers of Spero Financial and their immediate family members residing in a single household are not eligible to participate.

PROMOTION ENTRIES
Automatic Qualifying Entry — Bundle Requirement: A Spero Financial member in good standing will receive one (1) automatic entry into a Monthly Sweepstakes when, during that month’s entry period, the member satisfies one of the following qualifying combinations:

Option A: The member opens a new qualifying Spero Credit Card during the Promotion Period, and the member holds an existing qualifying Spero Checking Account that is open and in good standing at the time of Monthly Sweepstake Drawing.

Option B: The member opens a new qualifying Spero Checking Account during the Promotion Period, and the member holds an existing Spero Credit Card that is open and in good standing at the time of Monthly Sweepstake Drawing.

Option C: The member opens a new qualifying Spero Checking Account and new qualifying Spero Credit Card during the Promotion Period, and  is in good standing at the time of Monthly Sweepstake Drawing.

All qualifying account openings must be fully established and in good standing by 11:59:59 PM ET on the final day of the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes entry period to be eligible for that month’s drawing.

Qualifying Spero Credit Cards: Spero Classic Credit Card and Spero Platinum Credit Card

Qualifying Spero Checking Accounts: Aspire Checking, Kasasa Cash, Kasasa Cash Back, Rewards+ Checking, Simply Checking, and Student Spend Account (eligible members must be 18 years of age or older). In addition, the following checking accounts that Spero no longer offers but remain open and in good standing also qualify: Rewards and Rewards 50.

Manual Entries: Spero Financial members and non-members who wish not to open an account may be entered for a chance to win by sending an email during the promotion period using the subject line: Q3 Winning Your Everyday Giveaway to [email protected] and include your legal name, mailing address, and phone number. Manual entries must be received by Spero Financial no later than 11:59:59 PM ET on the final day of the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes entry period to be eligible.

NUMBER OF ENTRIES
Each eligible member is limited to one (1) entry per Monthly Sweepstakes, regardless of the number of qualifying accounts opened. Opening both a qualifying Checking Account and a qualifying Credit Card during the same monthly entry period does not result in additional entries. Manual entries are limited to one (1) per eligible member per Monthly Sweepstakes.

PRIZE DRAWING
Spero Financial will randomly select one (1) winner from all eligible entries received during each Monthly Sweepstakes entry period. Each winner will receive a prize of $1,000. Prizes will be deposited into the winner’s Spero primary share (membership) account. A check may be issued at Spero Financial’s discretion.

Drawings will take place within 30 days following the close of each Monthly Sweepstakes entry period. The selection of winners is final. Winners do not have to be present to win. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $4,000.

  • October drawing: on or before November 30, 2026

APPLICABLE LAWS & TAXES
Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Prize winners are responsible for all federal, state, local and other taxes or assessments that may be associated with or imposed upon the winner of any prize in this promotion.

ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZE
By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of his/her name and photograph or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes, including but not limited to Spero Financial’s member newsletter, website, and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.), without additional compensation. Failure to comply with these Official Rules will void the entry.

RELEASE OF CLAIMS
All winners, members of any winner’s household, relatives, and persons who use any prize awarded by Spero Financial and such person’s heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators release and exempt Spero Financial and its directors, officers, staff, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims, actions, demands, or damages which they have now or anytime in the future arising from use of any prize, including personal injury or death. Spero Financial is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. Late, misdirected, or incomplete entries will be disqualified. If prize winnings are deposited to your account with Spero Financial, you understand and agree that anyone authorized to conduct transactions on such account will have unlimited access to the prize funds once the deposit is completed.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Spero Financial reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond Spero Financial’s reasonable control that impair the integrity of the Promotion. Spero Financial reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or otherwise acting in violation of these Official Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promotion or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law. Spero Financial reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
