Greenville, SC - Spero Financial has named Jessica Baker as Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer. Under this new role, she will oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization including the branch network - comprised of ten locations throughout the Upstate and Midlands, call center operations, marketing, community development, and project management.
In her nearly 13-year tenure with the organization, Baker has served in variety of roles from Branch Manager, to VP of Member Service, to most recently SVP of Business Transformation.

Baker joined Spero Financial (then SC Telco) in 2008. A graduate of Saint Joseph’s College of Maine, Baker received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Advertising. Passionate about the credit union movement, she earned her Credit Union Development Education (CUDE) designation in 2018. Baker serves on the Upstate Chapter of Credit Union’s Board, is a Credit Union Legislative Action Council (CULAC) Trustee, is a graduate of Leadership Pickens County, and a member of the Rotary Club of Greenville. She and her husband reside in the Easley community with their two children and are members of Easley Presbyterian Church.
