Brian shared, “It’s our culture that makes the difference – great team members, great members, and balancing hard work with a lot of fun. It’s one of our main goals for our staff to feel appreciated and love what they do. These recognitions mean a lot, as they are driven directly by how our team members feel about working at Spero. We have something truly special here at Spero.”
Spero considers itself more than just a credit union - it is a team of financial coaches, resolution-seekers, and thought-leaders committed to improving the financial lives of the members they serve. This driving focus is what propels team members in their individual roles to make a difference in the collective mission of the organization. Each employee knows the value their role plays in making this life-changing mission a reality.
At the heart of it all is Team Spero’s appreciation and genuine gratitude for all fellow team members. This culture, built on collaboration, mutual support, and a universal buy-in for the mission, is marked by true support working hard paired with celebrating the wins— “big” or “small”.
