Beginning Monday, December 14, 2020, Spero branch lobbies will be open to serve members by appointment-only until further notice. Drive-thrus will continue to be open and provide extended services.
This decision was not made lightly, but we believe it to be necessary to keep our staff’s health and safety a top priority. We can all agree that we are ready to see COVID go, but until then, please know we are doing our best to continue to provide you with the best service possible.
In-Person Service
Appointments are encouraged and can be scheduled online. To easily schedule an appointment online, click here. Once the form is submitted, a member service specialist will confirm appointment availability the same day if the form is submitted by 4PM EST. If submitted after 4PM, we will follow-up the next business day.
Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. If you are unable to make an appointment, please check in with the greeter at the lobby entrance. If a member service specialist is available, the greeter will escort you to his/her office. If one is not available, the greeter will ask you to wait in your vehicle, and they will text you when a specialist is available.
When visiting the lobby, please wear a mask and follow the social distancing signage throughout the branch.
